FAQ

What Can We Help You with?

Who is hosting this event?
  • This event is being hosted by Caitlin, a born and raised Wacoan and her West Texas farmer husband, Kevin.  We love God, our family, and our hometown. We can't wait for you to come witness the solar eclipse with us!

Where is the event taking place?

What are the hours for this event?

  • Yes, we will have several food and beverage trucks available throughout the day.  However, you are more than welcome to bring your own eclipse viewing munchies to snack on!  Alcohol is strictly prohibited and will not be permitted on the property.  We also will not allow any open fires.

Will you be selling solar eclipse glasses?

Why travel to witness the total solar eclipse?
  • Have you ever watched the entire sky go completely dark in the middle of the day? Are you able to tell your friends, "I have stood in the shadow of the moon?" If not, then this is why  you MUST experience this total solar eclipse right here with us in Waco, Texas. It is truly one of natures most stunning spectacles.

Why choose Waco, Texas?
  • Waco is set to be in the path of totality, meaning you'll be able to watch the moon slowly slide in front of the sun and eventually hide the sun all together.  For approximately 4 minutes the view will be absolutely breathtaking!  In addition, Waco is expected to have beautiful weather and is located along Interstate 35 giving you easy access to and from many other major Texas cities.

Will pets be allowed?
  • Unfortunately, no.  We love our pets, but for the safety of all our guests, pets will not be allowed.

What if it is cloudy or raining, will I be able to get a refund?
  • We pray that it is sunny and warm and the skies are the clearest blue possible, but unfortunately, we cannot control the weather. No refunds will be made due to cancellations of any kind related to weather conditions.

When will ticket sales end?
  • Tickets will be available for purchase now through midnight on April 7, 2024.  Early bird special is now through December 31, 2023.  Ticket prices are subject to change.
